Friendly Reminder: Membership Fees

Just a friendly reminder about membership fees.  If you have not paid your September 2013 - September 2014 fee, please bring cash or check to the first MLC event you attend and you will receive a receipt.  We will also provide our members with a membership card.  Please review our policy below regarding membership fees: 

FEES:

An annual $30 membership fee per family is required and due by September 27, 2013.  
Any fees submitted after September 27, 2013 will incur an additional $10 charge.
  
This $30 fee is due prior to your participation in any 
Mindful Learning Center activities/classes/events.
  
There may be additional class fees to be determined by the instructor. ***
You will be made aware of these fees, if applicable, at the time of class registration.  
Field Trips may have additional admission fees. 

Families are free to join the Mindful Learning Center at any time throughout the year.  
The annual fee will not be prorated if you are joining the group late in the year. You will simply pay a $40 fee after September 27, 2013, which will carry your membership until September 2014.

REFUND POLICY:

If you would like to withdraw your membership after October 11, 2013,

registration and class fees will not be refunded for the school year.

***There are no additional class fees for Terms 1-4 of the 2013-2014 school year.
