Applying for membership is the first step to enjoying all that the Mindful Learning Center has to offer. Below you will find an online Membership Application Form.
All families wanting to join, including returning members, must submit this form each year.

- Before you begin filling out this Application, please be sure to read over our POLICIES page. At the end of this form, you will be asked to check a box stating that you have read our POLICIES.
- On this form, you will be required to sign up for an MLC TEAM. If you are unfamiliar with our TEAMS system, please visit our TEAMS page for more information.
- PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT 'CLASS REGISTRATION.' Class Registration will be available after AUGUST 1st on our CLASSES page. Parents are required to register their students for classes prior to attending.
